Airliners must have a Green and Red navigation light on the tips of wings.
Airliners cannot have armament of ANY kind, including Countermeasures.
Airliners MUST communicate with Air Traffic Control, without communication, they have all rights to be intercepted.
Airliners MUST complete ALL SAFETY CHECKS before and DURING takeoff process.
Airliners ARE NOT TO SHIP MILITARY CARGO including people.
Supersonic Airliners ARE BANNED!
Retired military craft may NOT be used for airline design.
Airliners are to abide by ALL INTERNATIONAL SAFETY LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Airliners must abide to the Nation's airspace rules and claims.
